Shipping Policy
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer free standard shipping for all orders shipped within the mainland United States.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-10 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee, delivery within 2-5 business days.
At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to track your package’s status and expected delivery date.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost or stolen, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us at info@beautybynatura.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue as best as possible. However, our liability is limited to replacing products proven to be defective or damaged during transit.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
