At Beauty by Natura, we aim to provide high-quality beauty and wellness products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
Physical Products (Beauty Products)

Eligibility for Returns:
Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. All sales are final for beauty products unless the item arrives damaged or defective. -
Return Conditions:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Damage claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

- Include photos of the damaged or defective product and the packaging it arrived in.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the product.

Refund Processing:
- Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days from the date of shipping, depending on your location.
Digital Products (Wellness Guides)

Non-Returnable Items:
All digital products, including downloadable wellness guides and eBooks, are final sale and non-refundable. -
Refund Exceptions:
Refunds for digital products will only be issued if:- The file is corrupted or cannot be accessed.
- You contact info@beautybynatura.com within 3 days of purchase with proof of the issue.

Refund Process for Digital Products:
- After verifying the issue, a replacement file may be provided, or a refund will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Provide your order details and supporting documentation, such as photos of the damage, for resolution.
Exclusions
- Returns are not accepted for:
- Products purchased from third-party retailers.
- Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
- Products returned without prior authorization.
